"Karen and I are new to South West Rocks. We Purchased a Graeme Allen 'spec home's South West Rocks August 2024 and we could not be happier. From the moment we walked through the front door during and impromptu inspection, we were impressed with the design and build quality. The layout of the three bedrooms and their size were fantastic. The home has defiantly met our requirements for as down sizer for retirement after moving from acreage. It was very coincidental that we had and inspection with Graeme himself, witch was a great advantage as being the builder he was able to highlight all the technical aspects of the home. He was honest and directed a lot of the credit to his wife Karin for colour schemes and fittings.
